The Facilitator Don Dobie is a HA Master Distributor, accredited to expert level and an Accredited trainer. He has 12 years experience in private HR consultancy. Don specializes in behavioral assessment, recruitment, succession planning and individual career planning and coaching. Don has been using the Harrison Assessment in his consulting practice for 11 years.
